Multi-Family Property Management in Doylestown

Leasing when the borough and the township differ

The borough is not the township.

Doylestown is the Bucks County seat, and the name covers two municipalities. Doylestown Borough is the downtown around State Street and the end of the SEPTA Lansdale/Doylestown Line. Doylestown Township surrounds that downtown and keeps its offices on Wells Road. A multi-unit building near the station is a borough address. A rental that only shares the Doylestown mailing address, on the township side, is not that borough building. A house is on Doylestown property management.

Innovate Realty & Property Management markets the open unit, screens the applicant, coordinates repairs, and collects rent from the Huntingdon Valley office. The borough keeps a rental-unit registry. The township keeps a landlord move-in registration. This page does not describe Bristol Borough or Bensalem, and it is not a countywide rental calendar. A Philadelphia rental license covers neither municipality.

Our management services include:

  • Triplex
  • Fourplex
  • Townhouse
  • Apartments

For a borough building or a township multi-unit rental, leasing and maintenance follow the address. The municipal form follows the municipality.

Tell us whether the building is in the borough or the township, and which unit is open. Complete the form .
