Blue Bell is not the municipality.
Blue Bell is a place name in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County. U.S. 202, Skippack Pike, and the Blue Route put office parks and residential communities on the same commute. The rentals are garden apartments and townhomes more often than a main-street walk-up. The lease may say Blue Bell. A building permit or a property-maintenance question goes to Whitpain Township. Single-family homes in Montgomery County are on our Montgomery County property management page.
A vacancy is one apartment inside a community that still has other residents. Innovate Realty & Property Management markets that apartment, screens the applicant, and coordinates the repair without splitting the rest of the community into separate houses. Rent is collected from the Huntingdon Valley office. Whitpain publishes building and property-maintenance standards through its code-enforcement office. This page did not find a Whitpain rental-license ordinance of the kind some Montgomery County boroughs use. A Philadelphia rental license does not cover the township either.

For a garden-apartment or townhome community, leasing, screening, maintenance, and rent collection follow the property, including the parking and grounds the units share.

Why Hire a Professional Multi-Family Property Manager in Blue Bell?
Save Time
A garden-apartment community near an office park creates showings at one building and grounds work that serves the rest. Those jobs stay together instead of becoming a separate errand for every unit.
Minimize Risk
The file uses Whitpain’s rules for that address. A borough rental registration and a Philadelphia rental license are not pasted in to fill a gap. Separate files are not a warranty against a claim.
Increase Income
The open unit is marketed for this community. Rent collection continues on the occupied apartments. How full the property is, and what it earns, depends on the building and the applicant.
Provide Peace of Mind
Owners can see which units are leased and which work belongs to the grounds or the building. Questions go to the Huntingdon Valley office, and the statements stay with the address.
Maximize Property Value
Parking, grounds, and shared mechanical systems are maintained with the apartments. That common-area work is what leaves the community able to take the next lease.
