Multifamily Property Management Across Bucks County

Leasing when the buildings are not in one town

No county rental calendar.

An owner can hold a multi-unit building in Bristol Borough, along the Delaware, and another in Bensalem, along Street Road and I-95, and still have two municipal files. Bucks County does not issue a rental license that travels with the owner. This page is about keeping those buildings on their own calendars. It is not a guide to Doylestown Borough or Doylestown Township. A single-family house stays on Bucks County property management.

A vacancy is one lease inside a building that still has other residents. Innovate Realty & Property Management markets that unit, screens the applicant, coordinates the repair, and collects the rent from the Huntingdon Valley office. Other Bucks municipalities may publish a program of their own. That program has to be read at the municipal building for the address. A Philadelphia rental license does not cover a Bucks address.

Our management services include:

  • Triplex
  • Fourplex
  • Townhouse
  • Apartments

For a multi-unit building, leasing, screening, maintenance, and rent collection follow that building, including the stairs and systems the units share.

Tell us which Bucks municipality the building is in, and which unit is open. Complete the form .
