Our Company
Innovate Realty, a JG McSherry Property Management company, started as a small, local property management company in Philadelphia. Since 1956, the company has helped manage residential and commercial properties in the neighborhoods. With over five decades of experience, we have expanded to Northeast Philadelphia, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Bristol, Jenkintown, and Willow Grove. We also provide our services to property owners in counties including Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, Burlington, and Camden.
We now offer exclusive property management services integrated with technology and automation. Many of our tasks are fully automated for the increased convenience of our clients. Our team manages hundreds of properties and helps our clients look after their real estate investment portfolios.

At Innovate Realty, our mission is to help property investors in Philadelphia achieve their investment goals. Using technology, transparency, and communication, we aim to establish ourselves as a force in our field. Due to our extensive experience in this field and our excellent property management services, we hope to benefit our clients in the long run.
Our Team
John appreciates the simple pleasures in life; a hot sunny day, a great home-cooked meal, and time spent with his dog, Angel. Whenever he gets the chance, you’ll likely find him heading to the beach, soaking up the sun, and enjoying some time to unwind. John also enjoys modern conveniences and embracing the latest technology in all aspects of his life. He also takes pride in staying healthy and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and making memories together, especially with my grandsons. Family is a huge part of my life, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them. I love trips to the beach, a good shopping day, or cheering on my favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
Jess is naturally curious, endlessly creative, and rarely satisfied with simply doing things the way they’ve always been done. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, tackling projects around her home, and making memories with her family. She loves the beautiful chaos that comes with raising kids. She’s always been drawn to people and the stories behind them. In property management, that curiosity comes in handy; whether she’s building relationships, untangling a problem, or finding an opportunity where someone else might not see one. She loves making connections, finding solutions, and, most of all, making things happen.
When the workday is over, there’s a good chance you’ll find Mike spending time with his family or watching the Philadelphia Eagles. He’s a big football fan and an even bigger Eagles fan. Mike is also a horror movie enthusiast who enjoys attending horror conventions, meeting some of the actors behind his favorite movies, and adding new pieces to his collection. For Mike, it’s pretty simple: work hard, enjoy your family, and always make a little time for the things you love.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring new places and experiences, spending time with family, and expressing my creativity through arts and crafts. Family is incredibly important to me, and being a mom is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I consider myself a true people person and enjoy creating genuine connections with those around me. My 13 years in real estate have given me valuable experience, but it’s the relationships I’ve built and the people I’ve helped along the way that continue to make this career so meaningful to me.
