Looking to Turn a New Corner/Managing the Bottom Line

You can put a stick in the ground and wait to find your new direction, or connect with us right now!

As a property owner, you have high expectations for your investment. We do too! Our team at McSherry Real Estate provides you with peace of mind, a high quality of service, and reliable / responsive communication.

Peace of Mind

We protect you and your property from bad tenants, liability, and the potential for damage. You don’t have time to worry about whether rent will be collected on time or whether holes in the wall after a move-out constitute damage or wear and tear. We’ll take all the day-to-day operations off your plate so you can focus on doing what you love.

We are responsive and available to our owners and tenants at all times. Our team is ready to assist you with everything from tenant placement to property inspections to emergencies. Our standards are high, and we strive for excellence in everything we do.

Our online portal allows you to see what your property is doing at any time. We’ll also send you owner statements on a monthly basis. But if you don’t feel like communicating electronically, pick up the phone or stop by the office. We won’t leave you waiting for a response.

(The Future is here. Why wait to tell the right direction?)

Did you know that you can now access your owner statements online?

Owner Login Our Services

  • Concise statements covering the performance of your property for the previous month
  • All data on your property is stored in a state-of-the-art data center
  • Access information about your property 24/7
  • Access information about your property from anywhere with an internet connection

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that requires you to login with an email address and password. This is not the old "3 X 5" card in a box, but a new director!

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter your email address and password. If you’re a new user, you will be prompted to set up a password.
